These Terms govern your use of EDGE Amplify (the “Platform”), operated by EDGE Operations (“EDGE,” “we,” “us”). By creating an account, signing in, or using the Platform, you agree to these Terms. If you use the Platform on behalf of a school or district, you represent that you are authorized to do so.
EDGE Amplify helps K-12 schools and districts manage sponsorships: listing placements, routing approvals, and collecting and recording sponsorship payments. Features may change over time.
Access is granted through accounts provisioned by EDGE or your district administrator. You are responsible for keeping your credentials (including any shared access code) confidential and for activity under your account. Notify us promptly of any unauthorized use. Roles (coach, athletic director, principal, district administrator, business, and EDGE staff) determine what you can see and do.
Sponsorship payments are processed by our payment provider, Stripe. Funds are directed to the school or program account associated with a placement; where a program has not connected a bank account, funds route up to the school or are held in the platform ledger until reconciled. EDGE may retain a platform fee on processed payments, disclosed to your district. You are responsible for any taxes applicable to your sponsorships. Refunds and disputes are handled case by case and may be subject to Stripe’s processes.
Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and lawfulness of the names, logos, and artwork they submit. Certain categories (including alcohol, gambling, and firearms) are blocked or routed for district review. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms, applicable law, or a district’s policies.
The Platform is designed to avoid collecting student personal information. To the extent EDGE processes any school data, EDGE acts on the school’s behalf as a service provider / “school official” with a legitimate educational interest, and will use such data only to provide the service. Do not misuse the Platform: no unlawful activity, no attempts to breach security or access data you’re not authorized to see, no interference with others’ use, and no scraping or automated abuse of public pages.
The Platform is provided “as is” and “as available.” We work to keep it reliable but do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation. To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGE disclaims implied warranties.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, EDGE will not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability for any claim relating to the Platform is limited to the amounts you paid to EDGE in the twelve months before the claim.
You may stop using the Platform at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for violation of these Terms or as required to protect the Platform or its users.
We may update these Terms; material changes will be reflected in the “Last updated” date. Continued use after changes means you accept them.
